![]() An up express service is seen at Welshpool stations platform 3 in 1962. At the head of the train is ex-GWR 4-6-0 Manor Class locomotive number 7809 Childrey Manor. At this time the locomotive was allocated to Oswestry locomotive depot. A local service can be seen in the bay platform.
