Tattenhall Junction in 1969. Although the majority of the branch track was lifted in c.1965, Tattenhall Junction was retained as a siding for many years and was still in use in the late 1970's. The adjacent junction signal box being switched in at busy periods to break the long section
between Beeston Castle and Chester No.1.
