Looking south towards the site of the Warrington Dallam Lane passenger station from the goods facilities that had developed to the north in the period after the stations closure. The station site is out of view at the far end of the line that can be seen curving left beyond the locomotive. The photo was taken during a visit by the LCGB 'Warrington and Widnes Brake Van Railtour' on 5 August 1967.

Looking south along the course of the original Warrington and Newton Railway at Dallam on 9 August 1981. The passenger station at Dallam Lane was in distance to the left of where a white building can be seen. The brick pillar seen to the left had supported the Cheshire Lines Railway avoiding line that had opened on 3 August 1883 and ran to the north of Warrington.
