This view southward from the level crossing at Little Mill (May 2009) includes the base of the old signal box (right) now serving as a relay room, and a modern installation (left) with a ‘Littlemill’ (rather than the traditional ‘Little Mill’) nameplate. In the distance, on the far side of the tracks, the sign for Little Mill Junction can be seen adjacent to the old stone loading platform.
