road5.jpg) The goods yard entrance in February 2009. This is the only evidence of the station still remaining. The access road to the goods yard can clearly be seen on the map below. Hyde Road had a large good's yard. The 'Fitness First' building covers part of it but the rest is as yet undeveloped with a long siding curving round to the right of the gate and continuing some distance out of view to the right.
