northgate_old6.jpg) Chester Northgate shed in April 1936. The loco on the left is a Robinson designed 4-4-2 C13 class. Built in 1904 for the GCR, at their Gorton works, it was renumbered by the LNER in 1946 to 7426 and became 67426 at nationalisation. Withdrawn on 31-12-1954 from 39A, Gorton shed, it was cut up at Doncaster in January 1955
