Station Name: CAMBERWELL Illuminated sign at Maida Vale station showing Camberwell. This picture was taken in the 1988's or 1990s, within a few days Camberwell was painted out again. I was with Alan when he took this picture. Having taken it we heard an announcement "will the people taking photographs on the platform report to the station supervisor immediately." We jumped on the next train!
