Bentley Station Gallery 3: c1972 - c1972

The cut back remains of the two platforms are seen in this view looking south towards Station Road c1972. The main station building, now used by a local hauler is seen on the left. The Railway Tavern on the far side of the level crossing on the up side was has recently closed and was now a private residence. Former railway staff cottages are seen on the down side beyond the crossing.

The remains of the up platform c1972. The goods shed was between the main station building and the gents' toilet where discarded pallets are now seen. The building on the left may have been a lamp room.
