Station Name: BEDLINGTON

[Source: Alan Young]

The single through platform and buildings at Bedlington station, looking east c1930. The main single-storey block is brick-built and unimposing, but the bay windows at either end add a little distinction. However the large hipped verandah distracts from the building behind it. The station is well maintained, with a lengthy flower bed maintained along the platform, and the notice boards are filled with posters.
